The Saga System was an important representative of industrial furniture manufacturing during the 1950s/60s. Due to its many functional features, Saga soon became a popular choice for private and public environments. The story consists of table tops and seats that can be varied on a single undercarriage. These seats were available for one up to four seats. Alternatively, you could use table tops between the seats like on this piece. The Saga System received the price award for Good Design in 1965.
