Lovely circular mid-century brass candle holder with wave shaped design for seven candles by Lars Holmström, Arvika for Svensk Tenn - Sweden 1950s. Suitable for thinner light candle sticks. Good vintage condition. Measures: 11 cmH x 20cmD. 

Lars August Holmström (1894-1959) was a wellknow and clever Swedish mid-century artsmith. Lars Holmström participated in the Paris Exhibition and hit here with candlesticks and chandeliers and also with silver work. He is mentioned in French art magazines, where his work is referred to as masterpiece of art.
