A beautiful 5-armed chandelier Prior made of polished brass and  smoke clear glassdomes. This lamp is model T507 designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson in Markaryd, Sweden in the 1960`s.  Good vintage condition.
Size: 72 cmH, 51 cmD. Height of the dome 20 cm.

Hans- Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009 ) - A Swedish interior decorator and furniture designer most active between the 1950s and 70s.  Jakobsson was born on Gotland, Sweden in 1919. After graduating he was first hired by General Motors as an industrial designer and then as an assistant to both well known Carl Malmsten (1888-1972) and Werner West (1890-1959).
Hans- Agne Jakobssons lighting received great international attention. He was experimenting with a wide range of materials as brass, iron, glass, fabric, and wood shavings and both the direction and color of the light.
