The ring is marked 925. Probably from the 1970s with unknown designer and heritage. Adjustable size to fit any sizes. Clear and strong red color.

(NB very difficult to catch the exact color on the pictures but blood red will describe the best).
Inner diameter (size) is 19 mm, height of ring 30 mm. Size of top plate 35 mm D. Perfect vintage condition.
