A fabulous and stunning special edition Patricia Chandelier model T372/12 by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for Markaryd AB, Sweden 1950s.
This is a 12-armed chandelier made of polished brass with gold colored glassdomes held up by brass cups all around. The cups have small pierced holes all around the boarder. Brass golden colour. Good vintage condition. Diameter of the dome 14 cm. Height: 98 cm, Width 57 cmD.

Hans- Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009 ) was a Swedish decorator and furniture designer active in the 1950s-70s. Jakobsson was born on Gotland, Sweden in 1919. After graduating he was hired by General Motors and then as an assistant to both Carl Malmsten (1888-1972) and Werner West (1890-1959).
Hans- Agne Jakobssons lighting received great international attention. He was experimenting with a wide range of materials as brass, iron, glass, fabric, and wood.
