Decorative and clean glass dome ceiling -or window pendants model 7714, by Jonas Hidle, Høvik Lys,- Norway 1970`s. Beautiful both as single lamp or in groups of two or more.
Smoke colored glass dome with a polished brass ceilingcup.  Marked with the manufacturers label. Diameter 20 cm. Total height 120-160 cm.  
Measures:  20 cmD. Sold as one pcs.

Jonas Hidle (born 1912-2001) was a Norwegian designer with great importance as  alighting designer for Høvik Verk.
Hidle graduated from Norway's technical college in Trondheim in 1937, and served as an artist, preferably with the design of lighting fixtures. Within this special field he made a decisive effort at a time when there was a need for new lighting in virtually most public buildings in Norway.
