Lovely rectangular table lamp of glass and copper by Erik Höglund, Sweden 1960s.  A glass tablelamp with four decorated amber brown glass panels (Kosta Boda) of people and animals in which gives a beautiful red light when lit. Brown copper frames around and a perforated removable lid on top. The lamp is from the 1960`s. Measures: H: 24 cm.10 cmW bottom, Good vintage condition!

Erik Höglund (1932-1998) was a Swedish sculptor, painter and artisan. Between 1953-1973 Höglund appeared at Kosta Boda Glasbruk. Höglund revolutionized the Swedish glass and created unique art and utility items in glass. Erik Höglund also created furniture in wood and sculptures in materials such as ceramics, stone, brick and bronze. From the early 1950s until his turn, he created nearly 150 major works for the public environment.
