Orange Lounge Chair Ecco by Møre Design Team 1970, Norway

Lounge chair "Ecco" designed by Møre design team in 1970. Produced by L. K. Hjelle Møbelfabrikk. 1971. The Ecco chair won 1st prize in the Industry Council for Furniture and Interior Industry's competition in 1970, Norway. An important feature of Ecco was the use of molded cold foam over a steel frame, with detachable and washable furniture fabrics. This cover is orange and quite rare, but there exists other colors as well. Measures: 70cm H x 60cm W x 67cm D. Seating height: 40 cm.
